Cabrillo Beach is where Starsky & Hutch threw their badges in the ocean in Targets Without a Badge. The sign you pass to enter the beach is comicallyt specific on all the things that are forbidden. However, it does not forbid throwing police badges in the ocean. Nice to know the boys weren’t breaking the law!
